Conformance target
Calibrate aims to align the public site and core product flows with WCAG 2.2 AA where practical. Because visual and interactive sections are actively evolving, Calibrate should be treated as partially conformant until a complete independent audit verifies full conformance.
- Core flows should support keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic headings, labels, and predictable reading order.
- Text, controls, and disclosures should maintain readable contrast and usable sizing across mobile and desktop viewports.
- Motion should avoid blocking access, and any meaningful media should include an accessible alternative where the content is needed to understand the page.
Technology relied on
The current website is built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js. Some authentication, anti-abuse, analytics, monitoring, or provider-hosted surfaces may rely on third-party technology and require separate verification.
Known limits
Accessibility testing must remain part of release verification rather than a one-time claim.
- Animation-heavy landing sections, custom controls, generated visuals, third-party widgets, and provider-hosted authentication screens may need separate verification.
- Policy pages, questionnaire, consult, auth, and calendar flows should be rechecked on desktop, mobile, keyboard, and zoomed layouts regularly.
- Educational wellness output is not a substitute for medical care, and accessibility support cannot provide medical advice.
Report an issue
If you experience an accessibility barrier, email support@calibrate.day with the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or device, and any assistive technology you use. Do not include sensitive medical details unless they are necessary to explain the access barrier. Calibrate will use the report to investigate and prioritize a fix.
